On
July 20th of this year, within the framework of the AFSE fair in Miami,
the general meeting of members from ALAS was held with a remarkable attendance.
During the event a report encompassing the fiscal year from June 2005
through July 2006 was presented by the president of ALAS, Mr. Carlos Fernández
Valerio and the president of ALAS Mexico, Mr. Jaime Oliva Reyes. Likewise,
the election process was explained to the members and the appointment
of the new ALAS president for the 2007-2008 term, Mr. Luis González
Nogales, was announced.
